With this 7-Day Magical Morning Journey, I will guide you with a range of practices that will give you a clear sense of the many benefits of having a morning routine. Learn how to incorporate new habits into your morning with ease and kick-start your day the Magical way!
You will receive a fresh 20-30 minute morning practice every day, including 2 live classes. Practices include meditation, yoga movements, and journaling, as well as healthy recipes and Ayurvedic tips and inspirations to boost your wellbeing, bring clarity and focus.
The practices will be released one day after the other and stay part of the library so you can come back to them as often as you like on your journey.
Plus, 2 Live Sessions:
Monday Morning from 7:00 - 7:30 am (CET)
Wednesday Morning from 7:30 -8:15 am (CET) (Replays will be available for you)
