Jenny Schoenmann
I am a mother, guide, mentor, published author, speaker, artist, and nature lover—and a deep believer in living an environmentally conscious life.
I am a soul-based coach, speaker, yoga teacher, and wellbeing advocate.
My professional journey began in creativity and artistry. After graduating from school in 1999, I spent nearly a decade working as a hairstylist and makeup artist, deeply immersed in creative expression and human connection.
Over time, my focus shifted toward a more holistic understanding of wellbeing.
Since 2012, I have been studying and practicing yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and soul-based coaching—tools that profoundly transformed my own body, nervous system, and way of living.
As I moved through my own midlife transition, I became increasingly aware of the immense lack of support for women during this phase. Since 2023, I have expanded my work to focus on perimenopause and midlife wellbeing, guiding women one-on-one as well as supporting companies as an advocate for women’s health at work.
In 2022, my book The Magical Morning Method was published by Kosmos, allowing me to reach a wider audience and share a message close to my heart: how small, intentional morning routines and journaling practices can be truly life-changing.
Today, I help women bring more ease, balance, and resilience into their lives through small, consistent acts of self-care.

My work is about honoring the body, the cycle, and the natural rhythm of life—
because when we live in tune with that rhythm, we don’t just feel more at ease, we become more powerful, present, and alive.
My approach bridges soulful awareness with practical wellbeing.
I don’t believe in perfection or rigid routines—I believe in rituals that are realistic, nourishing, and sustainable.
I live the ease I help others find.
By breaking wellbeing down into simple daily practices that are actually doable, I show how small acts can create big, lasting change.
As a mother, I never tire of gently reminding—and inspiring—my children, my husband, and our family how much better life feels when we care for ourselves.
Yes, my teenage kids roll their eyes when it’s time for a “feelings talk,” but we always feel better afterward. And I smile knowing that my husband has swapped sugary cereal and iced milk for a warm bowl of porridge in the morning.
Little steps, taken with ease, make all the difference.
Never underestimate the power of small things.
