Hello, I'm Jenny

The midlife transition is a natural and important phase in every woman’s life. It comes with its challenges—but also opens the door to new strength and clarity. I offer compassionate support to help you feel at ease, rise, and shine, building a strong foundation for lasting vitality.

Menopause is a natural transition—and a woman’s wake-up call.

It touches the body, mind, emotions, and even professional life, yet many women feel unprepared or unsupported.

My mission is to change that.

I’m 47, and I experienced my first symptoms four years ago.

Through education, lifestyle adjustments, and self-care, I discovered that menopause isn’t the end of beauty, energy, or confidence—it’s the start of a new way of thriving.

For over 20 years, I have been guiding women as a yoga teacher, breath coach, soul-based coach, and makeup artist. Over the past two years, it has felt completely natural to combine my professional expertise with lived experience, supporting women as a menopause yoga specialist.

 

I help women feel radiant, grounded, and empowered—whether at home or in the workplace.
