Love And Care For Yourself Retreat

If you learn to love and care for yourself - Magic happens.

Lonneke and I will guide you through a day full of Self-love, care, and rest.

You will enjoy practices, including the magical morning yoga movements, self-love, and self-care routines. Further practices include journaling, mantra singing, deep relaxation practices, breathing,  sharing moments, and nourishments. All of this is to increase your well-being, and self-awareness and to support you on your journey to invite positive change into your day-to-day life.

Together we created a program that will leave you rested, deeply nourished, in connection with yourself, inspired, and some new insights about yourself and your needs and desires.

It is a unique gift to yourself and a break from the day-to-day routines. You will disconnect from the outer world and reconnect to yourself and your needs.
Take time for yourself at this magical place, surrounded by nature. It is the ideal location to unwind and restore.

This day will offer you practices, time, and the space for self-connection, self-reflection, and self-care to nourish your whole being, to restore and develop a connection with your intuitive voice of wisdom.
You can make these practices part of your day-to-day life for a lasting positive change.

Lonneke and I met a couple of years ago at Delight Yoga. We were both teaching there and joined each other classes frequently. So did many students as they felt we complement each other just great. Being around Lonneke makes me feel calm and joyful. Therefore offering a One-Day Retreat and soon a Weekend Retreat together about the theme Love and Care For Yourself just feels natural and being at the exact place where we need to be :)
We hope you are joining us and tapping into that feeling as well. That's when MAGIC happens!

The Venue
Our Yurt offers a round space and is made in a traditional way with natural materials, including a glassed round opening in the ceiling.

The literal translation of Yurt is "home". The intention of Lonneke, our host, is to make you feel truly at home. Moreover, the round shape provides a nice connection and enough space for all participants. The host has tastefully decorated her magical yurt for retreats - just like ours!

During the breaks, you can explore the beautiful nature surrounding the Yurt.

Mats, blankets, cushions, and bolsters are offered.

Spots are limited for an optimal experience!

  • Includes everything you need for the day (yoga mats, cushions, and blankets as well as an organic lunch, snacks, and drinks).

  • Excluding transport. It’s a 30-minute drive from The Hague by car. I highly support carpooling. If you’d like to carpool, let me know!!

A Gift For Yourself
Unplug for one day and you’ll leave the day feeling happier, lighter, and completely relaxed.

The day includes:

  • Opening Circle

  • Magical Morning Yoga and Routines according to the theme in the morning

  • Mantra singing, relaxation practices, dee rest, and sharing circle

  • Organic Ayurvedic lunch prepared with care and love, snacks, tea, and water

  • Closing Circle


Everyone is welcome, whether you are practicing yoga for a longer time or just getting started.

The Food
The Ayurvedic, vegetarian, and organic lunches and snacks are prepared with care and love, according to the season of Autumn. 
You will be offered tea and water throughout the day.
