Menopause Yoga, the way I teach it,  has been specially adapted to help women manage the main symptoms of menopause.
Menopause yoga can help women experiencing symptoms already from the age of their late 30s and ongoing.
Symptoms during the three phases (peri, meno, post meno) can include:
Insomnia and fatigue
Stress and anxiety
Bring fog
Irritability and mood swings
Hot flushes and night sweats
Sluggishness and low digestion
