The shift in seasons is nature’s way of reminding you to pay attention. Autumn calls us to slow down, to let go, to stay grounded, yet clear and energized, and to get ready to nest. It is a necessity to acknowledge that the outer change, the change of season, calls for an adjustment in our routines and habits. To stay healthy, joyful, alive, and face challenges from a centered place.
The Magical Morning Routine Workshop has been a huge success for a couple of years.
Through my workshops and my book 'The Magical Morning Method', published in Dutch in October 2020, I have supported many women in starting their days in their own magical way! Finding back the ease and get to know themselves and their needs better every day.
Wake Up and Start Transforming Your Day
Your morning routine will support you in a very profound way that keeps you in connection with yourself when you face challenges and setbacks. With your daily rituals, practices, and routines it is possible to have success, sanity, and happiness in a nourishing, soft and easy way.
My magical morning routine started a couple of years ago. I can’t tell enough how much that has influenced my life to the better, happier, and healthier along with my Yoga practice and soul work. Since then I kept diving deeper, studying and gathering more information and scientific studies around this topic. I am excited to share with you my practice, the effects that my morning routine has on my daily personal, family, and work life. You will be practicing techniques to become clear and focused about the day that leads you to be more efficient at work, with your family, and let you enjoy your social life.

An easy yoga routine to memorize that doesn’t take too much time but releases overnight tension supports your body and supports the energy flow
You’ll learn routines that are designed to make you feel good during this season and get you in the mood for the day. They’ll give you security and set the framework for your actions. If your routine is geared towards making you feel good and caring for you, chances are high this frame will accompany your day.
This workshop will set you up to start your daily morning routine right away and it will make a big difference to your life. You will know what to do after you wake every morning to do small things that will help you feel happier, more focused, and in tune with how you feel and what you need.

In the online format, I will guide you through the online application ‘Zoom’.
It provides a shared space for us to communicate, share and ask questions.
I am using Zoom to organize live-streamed classes, workshops, courses and coaching.
It allows you to participate from the comfort of your home, you can ask questions and connect with me and other students as if you were in the same physical location.
