1. Stay Grounded and Rooted

30 January | 18:30 - 20:30

Discover grounding techniques through Menopause Yoga to manage stress, improve sleep, and restore inner peace.

2. Flow and Change

06 February | 18:30 - 20:30

Build emotional resilience, manage anxiety, and develop physical strength and flexibility with targeted yoga practices.

 

3. Awakening and Light

13 February | 18:30 - 20:30

Embrace lifestyle changes inspired by yoga and Ayurvedic wisdom to cultivate vitality and joy.

About Me being in perimenopause:

My name is Jenny Schoenmann, and I am a certified Menopause Yoga Teacher. After navigating my own challenges during perimenopause—including heart palpitations and tinnitus —I delved deeply into understanding this life stage.

My personal journey inspired me to train under Petra Coveney, a leading expert in Menopause Yoga, and to develop this program to share what I’ve learned. I’ve seen how yoga and lifestyle adjustments can transform well-being, and I’m here to support you in feeling empowered and vibrant.
