About Me being in perimenopause:
My name is Jenny Schoenmann, and I am a certified Menopause Yoga Teacher. After navigating my own challenges during perimenopause—including heart palpitations and tinnitus —I delved deeply into understanding this life stage.
My personal journey inspired me to train under Petra Coveney, a leading expert in Menopause Yoga, and to develop this program to share what I’ve learned. I’ve seen how yoga and lifestyle adjustments can transform well-being, and I’m here to support you in feeling empowered and vibrant.
