Every woman's experience is unique!

It can be a time of great change and upheaval, an opportunity to embrace new perspectives on life and at the same time a tumultuous transition from pre to post-menopausal years. Whichever it may be, there are several things that women tend to go through during the transition. They might feel frustrated by hot flashes, brain fog, night sweats, or mood swings, they may have trouble sleeping at night and even forget where they put their keys!

Menopause Yoga can help and is designed for all women and offers variations and modifications for individual needs!

My Menopause Yoga program has been specially adapted to meet the needs of women who are transitioning through this important stage of their lives.

It gives women a chance to take control of their own menopausal journey and feel empowered throughout every stage. Here are some benefits that come from practicing this type of yoga regularly:

My goal is to foster connection and understanding while providing practical coping mechanisms, practices, and tools that you can use whenever needed—whether in private settings or public spaces.

 Every session is 60 minutes long, focuses on a specific topic

(as discussed upfront), and includes the following:

  • Yoga sequence

  • Meditation, Mindfulness, and Breathing techniques

  • Positive Psychology

  • Journaling

  • Handout to practice at home
