This is your invitation to a soft, quiet winter day — a space to unwind, rest deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm.

Held in a magical yurt surrounded by nature, this retreat offers a nourishing pause from daily life.
You’ll be guided through slow movement, mindful practices, and moments of stillness — all designed to help you exhale and return home to yourself.

A special gift to yourself and a break from the day-to-day routines. You will disconnect from the outer world and reconnect to yourself and your needs. Take time for yourself at this magical place, surrounded by nature. It is the ideal location to unwind and restore.

Opening Circle & Intention Setting
A gentle arrival and heartfelt welcome — a space to slow down, connect, and ground yourself before we begin.

 

Winter Morning Yoga Flow
A soothing, seasonal practice to awaken your body and balance your energy through mindful movement, gentle stretches, and grounding breath.

Journaling & Reflection

Nourishing Ayurvedic Lunch
A wholesome, warming meal lovingly prepared with organic, seasonal ingredients — food that restores and replenishes you from the inside out.

Time for You
Wander in nature, rest by the fire with a cup of tea, or be still.
This is your sacred pause — time to breathe, rest, and reconnect.

Afternoon Practice
A guided meditation and breathwork journey to reflect on the year ahead, gain clarity on what you need and desire, and gently reconnect with your inner strength and truth.

Restorative & Yoga Nidra

Afternoon Snack
Nourish yourself with something sweet and grounding — a warm cacao moment to open your heart.

Closing Circle


I am taking care of you and guiding you through Yoga practices, Pranayama (breath work), meditation, journaling, and reflection/intention practices.

You will practice valuable techniques that give you an instant effect on your mindset, your well-being, and how you feel.

The Venue
The Yurt offers a round space and is made in a traditional way with natural materials, including a glassed round opening in the ceiling.

The literal translation of Yurt is "home". The intention of Lonneke, our host, is to make you feel truly at home. Moreover, the round shape provides a nice connection and enough space for all participants. The host has tastefully decorated her magical yurt for retreats - just like ours!

During the breaks, you can explore the beautiful nature surrounding the Yurt.

Mats, blankets, cushions, and bolsters are offered.

  • Includes everything you need for the day (yoga mats, cushions, and blankets as well as an organic lunch, snacks, and drinks).

  • Excluding transport. It’s a 30-minute drive from The Hague by car. I highly support carpooling. If you’d like to carpool, let me know!!

The Food
The Ayurvedic, vegetarian, and organic lunches and snacks are prepared with care and love, according to the season of Autumn. 
You will be offered tea and water throughout the day.
