*Menopause Yoga complements HRT or other treatments, giving you tools to navigate this phase with ease and vitality.
The menopause affects every woman. It goes without saying that we should know as much as possible about it to be prepared for what is coming or happening to us. To be able to deal with it. And to be able to decide for ourselves how we want to live during this phase of our life.
Every woman should perceive her Menopause as an opportunity for self-growth and self-insight and have the knowledge and support to live emotionally well and at peace with her body.
That’s why I am offering Meno at Ease Workshops, Classes, and Retreats. A place for women to share, learn and connect.
Being a Menopause yoga teacher and Coach as well as being in this phase myself, I am excited to support you with my expertise and add to your knowledge of how you navigate through menopause with ease.
It all starts with the perimenopause. And this can be a difficult time. Women often feel insecure, overwhelmed, and alone.
At first, you may not even realize that your hormones are starting to fluctuate. You may be in your 40s, feeling tired, more anxious than you used to, or just not feeling yourself. We can beat ourselves up about this, but often it is a sign your hormones are changing - but your lifestyle does not!
Or you may be getting signs that you are definitely in perimenopause - hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain and want to know what you can do to reduce the symptoms.
Although these symptoms are normal, they can be very distressing to you and affect your quality of life. We must talk about this and support each other.
As women, we should embrace it with knowledge, engagement, and excitement for all that is possible and all that will unfold for us!
I am looking forward to connect with you.
