Visualizing is life-changing!
Your vision is the connection between your heart and your mind.
Having a clear vision is knowing what is most important to you at the deepest level.
You can have several visions that link up with each other. As you feel them fully you come to realize where you are and where you want to be.
Your vision and the feelings around it have an enormous influence on your everyday choices and experiences.
Creating a compelling vision of the life you want is one of the most effective strategies for achieving the life of your dreams.
What having a vision means to me:
Due to moving countries and cities several times, I have had to arrange my life differently according to my needs and our changing external circumstances.
Even though there lies great potential in it, moving is tough and often challenging.
By having a strong and clear vision for my life, I keep my focus and I have the energy to stay true to myself and be successful and joyful in my life - in all areas!
Within my vision, I find my business-related answers as well as private solutions. All of this accompanied by the feelings that I need to follow up on my vision.
Yes, there is struggling with this as well. This happens when I am not grounded or am feeling disconnected from myself. Yes, there are struggles too, especially when I am not grounded or when I feel disconnected from myself.
When I feel like I don’t know my way back, I know where to reach out and get help and support to get back to my soul wisdom. That’s huge. When I feel lost, I know where to reach out for help and support to get back to my soul wisdom. That’s huge!
Having a Vision for Your Life Matters More than Individual Goals
Why having a vision is different than having goals. To keep it simple:
Goals are 'how' you achieve something
Goals are not necessarily aligned with what you want and need. They can come from a place of expectations and negative beliefs.
Goals have the potential to make you feel like a failure. They easily create stress and tension - just look around. We live in a goal-driven world!
Your vision on the other hand:
Embodies your values and your view of the future without being too generic.
A vision comes from within, so you know why you're doing what you do, and you're enthusiastic/motivated on following up on it
Your vision is accompanied by a strong feeling. That's why having a vision is sustainable and more like to be achieved.
Your vision guides you on a path to your personal and professional dreams.
Tapping into your vision releases stress in an instant and you attract what you want! That’s simply the law of attraction.
Imagine your Vision as your roots. Like the roots of a tree. The stronger your vision is the stronger you are rooted and less affected by the strong winds around you.
Having your Vision will support you daily in:
Living your best life
It guides and supports you through times of change
Clarity about your next step
Finding your purpose and place in life
Taking sustainable and smart decisions
Setting your boundaries according to where you want to be
Doing Less as you know what supports your life vision and what does not
Feeling good along the way and doing it with ease as you know your WHY!
A way to find your clear vision:
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Give yourself some time to tune in. Becoming aware of your feelings, sensations, and your breath.
Ask yourself the question: "In my life and where I am right now, what would I like to have happened?" Visualize everything that comes up for you.
Then continue: "If everything is exactly as I want it to be how will I feel?" Observe your feelings around your vision for a couple of times. Write it down, draw your vision on a piece of paper or in your journal. Create a mood board.
The next time you have to make a decision, slow down, and first check in with your vision. What is supporting you? Will it bring you closer?
Greatness lies within you.
Thrive and unfold with ease! From the heart
