Move with ease in a sustainable and nourishing way to receive all the amazing positive effects of Yoga.
Practice Yoga with ease and you'll move in harmony with your body.
Moving in harmony with your body will bring back being in harmony with yourself. It will help you to accept the circumstances around you and facing them with more ease.
Instead of achieving one posture after the other, you make the in-between movement's priority and let them guide you further.
Instead of looking for an endpoint, you'll keep expanding and exploring - you'll stay curious and let your practice be a process of growth.
You'll move in a respectful way that honors your body and therefore allows the mind to relax too.
Letting go of the idea that pushing and forcing, maybe even getting in a fight with your body, will bring you somewhere pleasant or nice.
Most of the time when we move and practice in that way, we are simply looking for the outcome. We have set up a goal, we want to achieve.
When practicing in that way we lose connection with what our body and mind are longing for and we miss the beautiful experience of being curious and exploring along the way.
When you move with ease, you are at ease and you become a person that is more at ease on and off the mat.
We become what we practice.
Next time you step on your mat, take a moment, and feel what kind of person you want to become.
Moving in harmony and in alignment with your body is a way of approaching life.
Treating your body, mind, and soul in a way that is respectful and sustainable leads to becoming a more relaxed and calm person.
When you move through your Yoga practice in that way you are more likely to claim back all the knowledge about your very own body. You are less likely dependent on someone telling YOU what is good for you because YOU'LL FEEL what is good for you.
This is an invitation to trust yourself, your intuition, and own your practice.
"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." -- The Bhagavad Gita
