A morning routine will not only improve your health and well-being, but you will also create and keep a strong vision for your life. This program is a journey to invoke your inner magic.

The 14-Day Magical Morning Journey will guide you with a range of practices that will give you a clear sense of the many benefits of a morning routine.
You will incorporate new habits into your morning with ease and kick-start your day the Magical way!
We know that a regular morning routine is a great way to start the day. It helps us to transform toward how we want to feel. At the same time, it can feel overwhelming.
That’s why I created a platform that keeps it as easy for you as possible. You just take it day by day at a time and I guide you through.
What to expect:
You will receive 14 Morning routines, from 5 - 45 minutes
Plus 3 extra sessions to relax in the evening, additional morning meditation & a breathing practice for any time of the day
A combination of energizing and grounding Yoga flows as well as gentle slow flows are supporting your flexibility and physical strength.
Other Practices include meditation, yoga movements, and journaling, as well as healthy recipes and Ayurvedic tips and inspirations to boost your wellbeing, bring clarity and focus
On top of that, you get access to the whole EASE Online Studio which includes over 190 practice videos, as well as recipes, healthy inspirations, and the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and give feedback to the EASE community.
14- Days of Morning Yoga & Morning Routines
The importance of a morning routine! Due to our busy lifestyles, we can get disconnected from the natural cycles, bringing us out of balance. This can show in several ways: Feeling tired, sluggish, nervous, anxious, restless, stagnant, congested, and so on. This is where the importance of a morning routine becomes noticeably clear. Instead of ignoring how we feel, we give ourselves the time and space to notice and respond. For example: if you wake up feeling restless, rather than rushing through your yoga practice, grabbing coffee, and running out of the house - you’ll do the opposite. You might do a breathing practice that calms the nervous system and you’ll do fewer asanas. Choose asanas that ground you and do them slowly. That way, you feel, notice, and respond by doing just what you need to restore balance and set yourself up for a great day. A complete morning routine will also improve your health as we will include routines that strengthen the immune system, remove stagnation, strengthen the lungs, and improve your digestion. You’ll transform your daily life with journaling & self-care practices, and asking important questions first thing in the morning (just to name a few!)

The 14-Day Morning Journey is part of the EASE Online Studio Membership and begins on the 1st of August 2022. You sign up for the journey and on top, you'll get access to all the content of the online library.

You have access to all the online studio content as a member. The Morning Journey is part of the membership and starts on 01.08.2022 and is available for the whole month until the 1st of September
After that month you can decide whether to stay or not
From the 1st of September, the Journey platform closes but you will find the practices still in the EASE Online Studio
