New Moon in Scorpio
Yesterday evening during my meditation the word trust came up very clearly. Maybe that is why this New Moon in Scorpio resonates so much with me.
In this Moon phase, it is time to set new goals in relation to transformation. It’s time to determine how we need to release and move on.
Without trust none of this is possible. We need trust in the power of our bodies' healing powers as well as trust in ourselves. Trust in the law of attraction. We have the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. The magnetic power of our thoughts.
To my daily gratitude practice, I added a desire that will be fulfilled in the future. I activate the law of attraction. For example, I am grateful for my healthy & pain-free shoulder.
This new moon also invites us to let go of an outdated belief system. Letting go of negative and destructive beliefs requests a new and positive belief that empowers us and does the shift we desire. This can feel uncomfortable - but I encourage you to do to start doing it anyway.
What areas of your life could benefit from a reset?
Breaking the habit of the old self and reinventing your new self. Recondition the mind to invite the positive change that you desire. Have a clear intention of your near and/or far future and link it with your emotions.
You can do this by setting intentions daily for every day, for the week, the year and dive into this feeling. By journaling and meditating daily, you change your energy and brain chemistry. It will bring you to a certain level of awareness! A level where you will be more satisfied with yourself and from there, beautiful opportunities arise.
The Scorpio season is another opportunity to ask yourself: What are you trying to control? With whom can you safely feel vulnerable? Who are you ready to forgive?
I deeply trust that we have the answers already within. It’s time to become still and listen. This new moon feels like a great opportunity to me and hopefully for you too!
I'd love to hear from you. Share your thoughts and insights with me.
From the heart, Jenny
