With your individual sequence plan and techniques, you will know what and be able to practice independently between our sessions and at any time.
You'll experience practices, and techniques, to create new habits and efficient routines.
Together we analyze your progress and deepen and expand your practice.
A maximum of two people can share individual classes. The sessions can be booked online, at my yoga place in Den Haag (inside or on the yoga deck outside).
Meeting online or in-person allows you to practice effectively under my professional guidance.
