Welcome to the Journey!

Spring is often seen as a time of renewal and rejuvenation, making it the perfect opportunity to start fresh and implement new routines.

I am excited to guide you through this journey that helps to improve your health and overall well-being.

Practice routines that make you feel better, stronger more resilient, and release the stress to have the energy for the things you want more of in life!

Having a regular practice helps you to have more awareness and intention, be in touch with your needs, connect with yourself and your desires as well as improve your health and well-being.

The journey is practically structured so that you don't even have to think about which video you should or want to practice. Every day, you will be given shorter or longer practice to follow, as well as a decelerating breathing, meditation, or relaxation routine - depending on how much time you can fit into your day.

This journey is for everyone who'd like to practice either at home while traveling, or during the holidays. You can juggle your busy work schedule, or have toddlers around!


The Journey starts on the 18th of March, 2024, and is available for several weeks. As a participant in the journey, you become automatically an EASE Member and have unlimited access to these classes so you can repeat classes you like or skip a day in between if you need to take it at a slower pace. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time.

What to expect:

  • 14 days of yoga, contemplation, breathing practices as well as self-care routines and practical tips according to the season of Spring. Plus access to the whole EASE Online Yoga Library

  • The practices vary to meet your needs and are between 10 - 45 minutes long to integrate them easily into your days

  • A combination of energizing, gentle, and refreshing Yoga flows and routines to set you up for the day and support your flexibility and physical strength for your overall well-being

  • On top of that, you get access to the complete EASE Online Studio which includes over 290 practice videos, meditations, healthy inspirations, and the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and give feedback


Over the course of the journey, you will discover what is particularly good for you and what gives you the most enjoyment. You will almost certainly feel more flexible, but also stronger and probably more vital.

The 14-Day Journey is part of the EASE Membership.

  • Sign up via the link below or here

  • Now you are an EASE online yoga Member and have access to the category 'Spring Yoga  Journey' as well as all the other classes

  • Enjoy the journey and explore other practices if you like

  • This is a Membership, therefore you have to actively cancel your subscription if you do not wish to enjoy my EASE library further after the journey is done
